Mail, decos & cards!

The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this week and apparently it is supposed to continue this weekend. Yay! :D I haven't really done anything creative this week because I'm still trying to get out of this funk of being "not motivated". Hopefully it'll pass REALLY soon because I have swaps, letters and cards to get done. I want to do them but somehow I am not able to concentrate or settle myself. These days I seem to long for sleep, peace, and to be alone. And no, I really don't think I am depressed. Anyhow, I wanted to share a few things. I received some nice mail this week, especially postcards. It must have been a time for traveling lately.

This nice postcard from Belgium comes from my friend Susi from Austria.

A postcard from my pal Gaby in Germany.

A really cute postcard from my friend Molly from Boston. By the way, Molly and her children Diego and Jadira are planning a visit here next weekend. :D

I also received a wonderful letter from my friend Rosita from Finland. Her letters are always so pleasant to read. She made me the most beautiful address labels which unfortunately you can't see very well here. She also sent some FBs, stickers, and Tilda sheets. How lucky I am! :D

My friend Nicole from Minnesota also sent me a wonderful letter. We have so many things in common that I am always happy to see a letter from her in my mailbox. She included some Suzy Zoo stickers and stationary sheets with her letter.

Here are two beautiful decos I received from a swap. The theme is cupcakes. These decos made me want to eat cupcakes. Yum!

An Egypt deco from a swap as well.
A couple of weeks ago I made two birthday cards but I didn't want to post them until they were received. I am very happy with the way both of them turned out. Both images are rubber stamped and coloured. I love colouring.

Thanks for stopping by. :D

  1. Hi sweetie. A lot of nice decos you received, I especially liked the cupcakes. =)

Do you collect postcards? If so, have you heard of the website www.postcrossing.com? It's absolutely great when it comes to collecting postcards from all over the world. =) I am a member myself.
