So, here I am after being silent for a couple of weeks. It's been so crazy since the beginning of the school year. Last year I worked 11 hours per week and now I am doing 32 so it is quite a change. I'm not sure it is for me because I have other dreams I'd like to work on, like having a craft business. With working so many hours and tending to everything else I have no time nor energy left for my crafting projects and that's not good. I have this need deep within to be creative. So, we'll see what happens within the next couple of months...
Okay, so let's move on to some mail news. In July I joined a swap called "Lovely Package Exchange" and I received my package a couple of weeks ago. Here's how the enveloppe looked.
The wrapping of the package.
Here's what was on the inside; fibers, stickers, metal tags, handmade items.
This past week I received this wonderful package from my dear friend Nicole from Massachusetts, USA. It is my birthday next Saturday (12th) so she sent Diddl stationary, lunch bag, Hello Kitty frame, Mary Englebreit notepad and handmade jasmine soap. A few of my favourite things. She'll also be coming my way this month so we'll meet for lunch. I can't wait!
A great letter I received from my pal Isabelle from Switzerland. I love the Koala card and giraffe stationary she used. Very cute!
Next is a wonderful letter and postcards from my pal Gaby from Germany.
And, also a sweet letter from my pal Ioanna from Greece. She included nice postcards and photos.
I received letters from my pal Susanne in Australia and Hawley from Ontario as well but I don't have photos to share. Sorry! Anyhow, I'll try to post some photos of my craft room this week as I have almost completed it. Hopefully I can get creative again.
